Red millet spray, a natural and nutritious treat, is an excellent addition to the diets of small animals such as hamsters, gerbils, mice, and certain birds.

These sprays provide essential nutrients and are highly palatable, mimicking foods the animals would find in their natural environments.

These sprays are sold by weight as they do vary in size. Approx 50g.

Please freeze for 48-72 hours before use in the enclosure.

Key Features:

  • Highly Palatable: Small animals are instinctively drawn to the seeds, which encourages foraging behaviour and keeps them stimulated and active..
  • Nutrient-Rich: Millet provides vital proteins, fibre, vitamins, and minerals essential for a balanced diet and overall well-being.
  • Promotes Natural Foraging: By strategically placing or hanging the sprays in their enclosure, you encourage natural behaviours like pecking and foraging, which provides mental enrichment and reduces boredom.
  • Ideal for Training & Bonding: The highly desirable nature of millet makes it a perfect tool for hand-taming, training, and building trust with your pet.
  • Versatile Use: The sprays can be offered whole, clipped to the side of the cage, or broken into smaller pieces to scatter in a foraging box or on the substrate.

Feeding Guide:

Offer 1–2 sprays per week, depending on your pet's size and diet. Millet should be provided as a supplemental treat and not replace their primary, balanced diet. Always ensure fresh, clean water is available.
